He has 40 years of experience in development sectors working advisor to Ministry of Youth, Govt.of India, Youth Adviser, NACO-WHO (WR), Lead Member, NACP – III, National Planning Team, Consulting Adviser, Help Age India and Disaster Management Support Project. International Responsibilities: HRD Lead, Commonwealth Asia Centre,Consulting Adviser (youth health), WHO, Indonesia, Senior Adviser, UNDP, UNFPA,UNAIDS Senior Consulting Advisor, International Resource Group(DMSP)
Mrs Namrata Chadha- Vice-President
Presently Member of Juvenile Justice Board, Khurdha District. Former member Odisha State Commission for Women. Presently, Member, Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee of State Bank of India, Odisha Hydro Power Corp. Dhamra Port Company Ltd. Odisha Space Application Centre(ORSAC). AIIMS Medical College, Odisha. Former, State Advisory Board Member, PCPNDT Act (Govt. of Odisha) . She is a regular resource person and guest faculty of many govt. and non govt. institutions. She frequently participates TV debates on issues connected with women.
Mr Manoj Jena – General Secretary (Visit Blog)
Presently core group member of CSOs in National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi. He has 21 years of experience in development sector, worked international agencies like LWSI, ECHO, national oranisations like Peoples Watch. Honored with Rastriya Sadbhavana Samman, National Human Rights Award, Loknayak Samman, Nyay Jyoti award, Wockhardt Foundation Award, Maja Koene International Award etc.
Mrs Damayanti Kirsani- Joint Secretary
She is belongs to Bonda tribe one of the primitive tribe in Odisha, She worked for the development of Bonda community, the primitive tribe of Odisha. Health worker at ASRA Malkangiri 1993-1998. She facilitates various skill development activities for women groups.
Mr Manoj Kumar Mohanty – Joint Secretary
He is a Teacher by profession but very passionate for social service. He has changed many lives of young students by inculcating the philosophy of our freedom fighters. He has done massive plantation in his village and neighboring villages.
Mrs Bhagyalata Nayak- Treasurer
She belongs to Dalit Christian community. She is an inspiration of many women folks. She is leading women self help movements in her locality of Kandhamal district. She helped many women to be empowered socially and economically. She had led many anti liquor movement in her locality.
Mr Pratyush Kumar Mishra- Member
An ideal teacher who inspires many young students for constructive activities. He is a prime motivators of cleaning campaign in Puri sea beach. He always advocates environment friendly society and regularly writes articles on it.
